Overall lack of maintenance inside and out. Old, dated, looking unloved. Room roor - had to shoulder hit (like cops do) to get inside room, then grapple and pull hard on door handle to get out! Place needs a lot of TLC to bring it back to how it 'once' was.

Room was clean & tidy, could have been a 4.5 except the ventilation in the bathroom didn’t do it’s job! Overall great! Customer service was awesome also, hotel backs onto golf course with a nice club too!

There are many little touches that make this a firm 4 star hotel, much nicer than others in the area.
- fluffy towels
- lovely little pool in shaded area
- limited traffic noice
- block out curtains

I’ve stayed in a few motels in Dubbo and this has been by far the most comfortable.

Disappointment would be an understatement. Firstly, the door was broken and didn’t lock. Got relocated to a new room. The rooms stunk, the bathrooms/rooms were dirty, house keeping did a terrible job - could still see dirty shoe prints from tradies that were previous in the room. The bed was horrendous, ZERO back support and cheaply put together with an obviously HARD join in the middle. Bed sheets horrendous and old. To top it off had a MOUSE in the fridge. Noticed noise at 1am and opened the old, chipped cupboard to find a mouse in the fridge- my food instantly ruined. Called the emergency number and all she had to say was “oh yeah there is a mouse problem in Dubbo at the moment, just try a shoosh it away by banging on the fridge. I will have someone look at it in the morning”. Absolute JOKE. Had zero sleep. Will never stay here again. Restaurant food was average, definitely not worth the money for the quality of the food.

Highly recommend skipping this one on your list.

Should have taken the hint when the receptionist refused to show me the room. As I was tired from a long drive took the Superior King Room, which I now regret. On walking up several flights of steps to room which were slippery due to rain, we felt like we were in a cheap third world country Hotel. On entering room that impression remained.
The room had a bathroom that had been renovated but was looking very shabby. Crooked toilet seat, poor lighting and ventilation.
The main room was definitely in urgent need of renovation, very dated, there were numerous dodgy patchups in room.
The bed was uneven making you feel like you couldn't lie straight without rolling. The carpet was very old and the old curtains were in urgent need of a thorough clean.
We also found dead bugs in draw in cabinet. Toaster was provided but no cutlery, knives and plates making toaster useless. Disposable cups for making tea and coffee? What a joke
Internet was very slow and kept dropping out.
Would I recommend this Hotel? Absolutely not.
