Pros - modern facility, good location, on-site parking.

Cons - staff behaved like robots with a script. The person we dealt with kept asking what ‘we’ were going to be doing, as in saying ‘and what will we be doing’ instead of asking what will you be doing....very weird. They took a hold for a non-existent mini bar. The book in the room describing what was happening in town, restaurants etc was from 2019. Only thing available on TV was free to air stations, no Netflix, Sky or anything else. Cups and glasses in the room but we had to ask for a couple of plates and cutlery. Boring room, as in no life, no art work, no colour. This hotel wasn’t cheap and we were very underwhelmed, won’t bother going back. More
