The location on the waterfront at Paihia is very good and the buzz is that of a busy bar. The food is pub grub with a twist. My choice was the "Khan Bros" special which is basically an Afghan chicken (with only a little portion of chicken pieces) in a sandwich with sauce and some slaw using a parantha (naan) bread. Rustic rough wooden high tables and a beach feel is the go. Good service and a beer to accompany (shockingly bad wine list) made for a good casual meal.

Came here twice. First night band was excellent. Had a lovely mojito cocktail. We shared small plates - the pork with sticky rice ( excellent) the fried fish in a bun and the loaded fries. Oh, and oysters!
All tasty. Lovely spot overlooking beach,

'Tipsy Oyster' WOW !...Food, Cocktails, Service were a fantastic experience.
We loved the atmosphere, service beautiful, very attentive but just the right balance, giving perfect service allowing us to order from their incredibly creative menu continously from our table.
Oysters were the BEST along with their tappas all loaded with something extra and are a must try. Tipsy Oysters and the team are a highlight stop for anyone visiting Pahia, the residents of Pahia are truly lucky to have this place their local, with this dedication it takes to be this creative and maintain a bar restaurant of this vibrancy and high standard its impressive. Thanks to and all the wonderful staff. We can't wait to return.

This place was right on the main street, easy walking distance from where we were staying. Very colourful, bright and inviting. We were pretty impressed that they sold Murphy's beer, so that was a bonus for us. There food was interesting and quite good! The service was excellent and friendly. It was a very popular place, so if there on the weekend, you'll need to book I'd say. We were lucky, we were there mid to end of week. The weather was excellent, so it was great to sit outside and watch the water, people and boats.
