Not our first visit here we were surprised by the all but empty restaurant leaving the ambiance lacking. The menu selections and service were not up to previous years that said the venue is lovely.

We really enjoyed our meal to celebrate my birthday. We live in Paihia and this was first time we had gone to this restaurant. The lamb dish I had was so tender and the creme brulee delicious. My husband had the king salmon followed by tirimasu. We were both very impressed and look forward to returning. The restaurant has a small, intimate feel, but is also very open and bright, with beautiful views to the ocean. Our service was slow - but we were warned in advance that only one chef was on. Having that effective communication made all the difference between being disappointed and wondering where I food was, and being completely happy with a little extra time waiting as we knew the reason why and understood. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

We chose this place after checking the menu online. When we arrived we found a very limited menu. The waiter was good, but she explained their under new management, so have a reduced menu. Unfortunately they're charging the same high prices. We found options for family members but overall very disappointed.
