Awesome food and experience..great views sitting outside..had the seafood platter a salad and calamari..was lovely and very tasty. The staff were excellent

Ordered the pan fried fish of the day. It was the worst fish dish I have ever had at a restaurant. It was so tough and over cooked I struggled to cut it. Disgraceful.

July 2023 - Dined here on advice of a local - don't need to be a club member apparently. Really liked this place and felt comfortable the moment we walked up the stairs. We were welcomed and treated very nice by the friendly staff and locals even though it was obvious we were foreign tourists. Excellent seafood meals and cold beers with decent pricing - what's not to like. We enjoyed all the mounted trophy fish and the atmosphere while watching an NZ Women's Fifa game. Great fun staff and people and very non-pretentious place.

It's a really nice place with friendly people and they will cook your fleshly caught fish and cook it and you can have it with salad and chips
