We were in Paihai for 3 days and we loved the coffee and food from Letz Cafe. The staff were very friendly and efficient on each visit there.

Bad coffee, service much worse (depending on how you look)

Rude barista, felt unwelcome and cared about whether we paid than listen to what we wanted.

Don't go unless you look like a Pakeha.

I hobbled in for a coffee and ordered a BLT bagel for breakfast. The short black was amazing, and the beautifully fresh, perfectly toasted bagel was lovingly and generously populated with lettuce and tomato. But the piece de resistance was the very tasty layers of crispy bacon. A generously proportioned, sustaining, flavourful and very reasonably priced breakfast. The staff were very engaging and helpful. Like Arnold, I'll be back.
