An overnight treat to ourselves in the heart of the city. It was a pleasure to enjoy the subtle elegance of the room and hotel. View to Waitemata was lovely although the black out blinds meant we got a sleep in. The bed was superb!

Beautiful compact but modern and tastefully designed rooms. Customer service was great. Kingi restaurant was top class. Location was great as was surrounding restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 5 star Hotel. The Architect has down a fantastic job with a great eye for even the smallest detail. Loved the "black out" shades -when they were down you could not tell what was happening outside whether it was morning or night.

Fantastic experience - a jewel right in the heart of Britomart so close to shopping and dining. Rooms are well designed with everything you might need. Beds so comfortable and even in the centre of the city there is hardly any noise from the street.
