A modern well located apartment for a city stay. Very easy to find and within a short walk of everything in the city centre. Parking just behind the apartments at a very low rate of $25 per night was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful,Apartment clean and overall spacious although the double bedroom was a bit on the small side. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which was compact but had plenty of room for two couples. Great facilities including a washing machine. The furnishings were a little worn, but it really made no difference to our stay. Superb location for a Vector event stay, quiet, comfortable and very friendly and helpful staff.

Booked Waldorf as a 'treat' for the end of our New Zealand tour as it has amazing ratings on TA. Stayed at Barclay Suites two weeks ago and can confirm Barclay is FAR superior. Waldorf two bedroom apartments are TINY! Double bedroom has no natural light and an odd French window (with curtains) which divides it from the main sitting area, it is also right next to the toilet.

Twin room has no duvet covers but simply a sheet, stained duvet, topped with another sheet!

Furniture is scuffed and sofa is missing foam support on one half. TV reception is terrible. Oh and the bathroom sink still had crusty toothpaste from previous guests.

Barclay Suites were immaculate, almost twice the size of Waldorf. BOTH rooms had windows, with the double being en-suite AND Barclay is a third less expensive than the Waldorf. It may not have a fancy reception but in terms of quality and service the Barclay wins hands-down!

    So disappointed with Waldorf.

    Hi Scot,

We are so sorry to hear about your recent unsatisfactory stay at Waldorf Stadium. What you encountered was far below our standards and should have been rectified with a phone call to our reception. We take pride in offering immaculately clean apartments and must apologise for what you found. Though our usual 2 Bedroom Apartments are much bigger than most 'studio style' hotel rooms, we must also assure you that we have very spacious apartments available in our '2 Bedroom Junior Suite' - with two large double bedrooms with exterior windows, a huge lounge and dining area, and a spa bath. If you were to stay with us again in this room type we are certain you would be impressed. These apartments are offered at a rate comparible to competitors offerings. We sincerely hope you will give us another chance.

    Best Regards

I really liked this hotel. It was more like an apartment/flat and had all the amenities that you would need for an extended stay. Well located within walking distance to the sights and the marina. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. Very convenient for getting around town. I would give it 5 stars but the free WiFi was TERRIBLE.

Room Tip: Try to get one facing the marina.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the second floor. This was super handy for my daughters to walk to the arena for the concert. A bit of a walk to the city for dinner (approx. 8-10) minutes. Found it very noisy being on the second floor so my advised would be to get a higher floor (especially when the concert finishes) as lots of noise with people coming and going.
