We had one of the the smaller rooms with an unusual layout. The bathroom had no doors, so no privacy. The shower had one screen wall and two glass walls. Nice having two wash basins but hard to share things as they are separated by the shower.
No towel rails for wet towels.
A large part of the area is taken up with a huge two-person jacuzzi spa. A waste of water and time to fill. Would have preferred a small kitchen, a table and two chairs.
Coffee and tea making facilities. Fridge.
Only other furniture apart from the bed is a small lounge chair which was used for our second suitcase. No clock-radio or night light.
One pleasant surprise, not mentioned in the amenities list, is a very good continental breakfast which you can have in the dining area near the bar. Just contact the staff and they will have it ready for you the next morning at the nominated time.
The hotel also have picnic baskets available. Nice for KIngs Park picnic areas.

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff, good facilities, which included occasional use on request of kitchen facilities. Unit space dominated by double spa which took ages to heat and fill, so hardly used, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Major benefit was immediate proximity to one of the five FREE Perth urban bus services - superb & practical, efficient and modern. Staff were excellent in all respects.

Warm welcome and enjoyable stay and the cherry on top is the Red Bus (totally free) stops in front of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and cafes and very good quality. We enjoyed E sense café for breakfast and walks in King's Park, which is only a short walk from the hotel
