This place is on the top of my next well deserved rest, I booked this visit with the intention of someone joining me, but not everything turns out the way we wish. From the moment I arrived...I felt warmly welcomed and accommodated for, I had champagne on arrival and a booking for massage within the hour of arriving, my massage was kindly upgraded as I had booked for two guests, one being a no show. I did have the balcony where I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery and afternoon sun. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean and of a high standard. Close walking to some great dining along the water, all mins from the casino and PERTH City. If you like room service, bring along a friend who will do this for you, otherwise continental Breakfast is available for you to help yourself and bring back to your room. This booking will not disappoint

Absolutely disappointed . Booked my daughter and boyfriend in for a treat , room clean but that was it. Breakfast left to their own , frozen bread half a glass of orange juice nobody around! No wonder up for sale. Staff not interested took me some time to even get through. Not worth the money

This supposedly hotel is actually a house with a shop underneath and accommodation on the above levels. The construction of this building is totally non existence of sound prof. This property has only 3 rooms available for accommodation. One of the main bedroom has an onsuite with a spa and when the spa is in ope-rationing, the sound that comes out of it is like a construction zone. Furthermore, you literally could clearly hear everyone's conversation in every room, which kept me up all night. The whole experience is like you're staying at someone house so there's no in-house restaurant or any other facilities available.
Find a proper hotel if you need a good night sleep and the convenience of hotel facilities.

This place is just meh.
If what your after a below average mediocre stay, then go ahead and book.
I had to show my bank statement showing my payment as there was no evidence. Obviously i could do this. On the 3 occasions when I called I was greeted with what's your coupon, I didn't have a coupon. The woman was extremely rude, I heard how she spoke to other customers whilst on hold and was appalled.
The massage, hot tub experience was nowhere near worth the money! Hot stone massage I expected more than to be rubbed with the stones!! No jokes!
When told there is continental breakfast, bread, yoghurt fruit and to help ourselves, awesome. What we didn't expect was frozen bread, sugary yoghurt, canned fruit. What a let down. Needless to say we went elsewhere for breakfast.
What a sad state of a place this is and to call itself "a boutique hotel" is the biggest lie! It's ajumped up house converted into a" hotel "
We took a chance but it did not pay off!
No wonder this place is up for sale.....

Room Tip: There are no good rooms!
