Great apartments, everything we needed, great communication prior to arrival from uk to answer questions as travelling with daughter in wheelchair. Reception really helpful, especially Dilansh who checked us in and helped on checkout when taxi didn’t arrive (thank you). Quiet area, easy access - 15 min walk to train/bus station. Very clean apartment serviced weekly. Fully equipped with everything we needed. One note, no close shops do organisation is key!

Handy sited apartment with a short 15 minute walk into Perth City/Elizabeth Quay.
Breakfast was excellent with a choice of eggs freshly cooked for you along with the norm, bacon tomatoes beans, toast, pastries, yoghurt, fruit etc
Staff were overall really helpful, shout out to the really friendly Angelica at the breakfast station.
Thank goodness for the air conditioning as it reached 35-40 degrees most of the time we were here.
Wi-Fi dropped in and out, although was free but a little frustrating.
Heat and eat meals are a great idea if you don’t fancy going out or cooking….. big portions and an excellent price.
Having a washer and dryer was fabulous as we have come back to the UK with no dirty washing, which is fab
Bed and pillows were really comfortable, pool was great, along with the tennis court, however the whole building looks a little tired and unloved so perhaps it maybe time for a bit of a refurb and freshen up ( in the room we had anyway)

* Rundown room, musty, smelly laundry, online pics are deceiving...
* Location is not great to access any food options. Buses are a fair walk also & confusing when unfamiliar.
* I chose their frozen option to eat one night after a long day tour. It was terrible
* Front desk very average, wanted to argue with me regarding receiving wrong order, poor customer service.
* Step in bath shower no grab bar.
It's not an accommodation or location I would choose myself, was put there by Discover Australia Tours
Weren’t overly impressed. Arrived about 4pm and room wasn’t ready - check in was 2pm. Guy at reception wasn’t overly apologetic. Noisy neighbours, could hear TV’s, phone conversations- thin walls. Power sockets didn’t work, bed very hard.
Good shower
Stayed four nights and not once did reception staff say hello as we passed by. On check out, not even a how was your stay! Completely disinterested.

Room was clean and tidy. Reception were lovely. Walking distance to convention centre for events. Breakfast had excellent choices and we were asked if we would like eggs and what what we would like them cooked. Free car parking. Excellent walking access to Jacobs Ladder and the Kokoda steps also. The only down side would be a key was required for the gym and we weren’t sure about tennis court access/equipment.
