Stay away

Really small room and overpriced. I have never been in small rooms like this, the rates are the same as Westin Perth. The reception staff are unprofessional. Hats off to the cleaning staff god knows how they do it in this small area. They cant run the vacuum cleaners properly there.

Room Tip: Stay away. The room suffocates as they are very small

Lobby is great. Cool vibe.

I’ll chalk it up to being a dumb American who doesn’t understand m2 sizes but the rooms are very tiny. Like New York City style tiny. The furnishings are nice but it lacks any space in the bathroom for your toiletries. Love the provided toiletries in the shower. But don’t stay in the shower too long. I was in for 10 mins and the drain was too slow and I started to flood that bathroom. No place to lay out your bag. Called reception never answered. All the desserts on the ordering app said the item was not valid. Boo. It’s my fav part of traveling for work!

If you’re ok with a tiny room, then the bed is firm and the pillows very soft.

Never again it was terrible.
The lady that booked us in knew the occassion and said she would write notes on booking and put something extra in room. Didnt happen. I applied for free membership as suggested by reservations member, that all came thru .... but trying to convince the desk attendant took a bit. The Coffee sign was out, but when i asked desk they said 'no must have forgot to bring sign in' but never went and got it! The room whilst advertised in sqm, is really really tiny, its only - walk around edge of bed big. I know its a standard room but thats rediculous! The whole place lacks colour in rooms and halls. All grey dark grey mirror , just awful no green plant no nothing. The hlbest they hit was red around the horrid hanging mirror. Halls are very desperate for a plant or SOMETHING! Paint all chipped off corner of wall edges. Extremely disappointing all round.

Room tip: Dont!

It's nice and modern but the room was quite small and cramped and the shower door weighs about 40 kilograms for some reason, it's very dangerous. The look is very nice and well designed, there's a great attention to detail with the aesthetic but the room was unusually small for the price.

Beautiful location across from epic Kings Park, so close to city buses (a free 5-10 min ride) along with an easy bus/train connection to the airport. E-scooters are also easily located to explore Kings Park, the local area and, downtown. Great restaurants are within walking distance, mainly at Hay St. The hotel is superb in styling and facilities. While I read some reviews about the size of the room, I thought the rooms were fine and if you wanted more space, you could hang downstairs in their funky, light-filled hub. The bed was super comfortable along with the chair and desk if you're doing work. The free filtered water was a welcomed bonus, along with complimentary tea/coffee-making facilities. I'll certainly stay at the Tribe again!

Room tip: Level 8 is the highest floor with the best views of kings park.

It is nice to stay somewhere different in Perth and different it was. It is a modern funky arty boutique hotel and not too big at 8 floors. Our room was small and container size but apparently not a former container, just imported and built from prefabricated modules. Our room had a full picture window overlooking the beautiful trees over Kings Park, lovely to wake up to. You can overlook the building next door below. The room was clean and serviced daily. The room is small with a small bathroom but totally adequate. You can store your suitcase under the bed. We took a few days to get the aircon right but appreciated it in the hot Perth climate. The hotel is a member of Accor with their benefits. We had the basic continental breakfast of cereals and toast/ bagels and fruit. You can also make toasted sandwiches. There is not a restaurant as such. A barrista coffee is extra. We had mocktails one evening and the bartender really knew how to make a great one -hats off to him! The reception and eating areas are funky and pleasant with modern art books to browse while eating breakfast. It is well-lit and has an outside area as well. The patterns throughout the hotel are also arty but you wouldn't want to have a headache, the lifts are completely mirrored. The reception and waitstaff are very helpful and friendly -nothing is too much trouble. Parking is limited but we always managed to get one of the undercover ones for our rental vehicle. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
