It's difficult to recommend a hotel with this number of floors where there is only one lift working that is used by both guests and staff including housekeeping. There is also very little lobby space to wait for colleagues still waiting for the lift The bar area is compact and while the restaurant is excellent for dinner it isn't great for breakfast

I stayed one night with friends as we went to a show in Subiaco. As soon as we walked in the door we were met with the most divine smell. I think it must be pumped out into the lobby somehow, but it was so lovely and fresh. We were greeted by friendly staff who helped us get sorted AND with super early check in as our room was ready way before check in time. We went to our show....walking distance..and on our return we were cheekily greeted by the manager of Julio's inviting us in for happy hour! How could we resist, so happy hour it was, then stayed on for dinner!
The room was a great size, comfy beds (single twin), AWESOME rain head shower, I could have stayed in the shower all night! Even the shampoo, soap and body cream smelt divine. Nice late check out at 11, just right for a walking distance breakfast before easily checking out. Location was quiet and walking didstance to many things, free parking out the front. We had a wonderful time and would stay again in a heartbeat.

I have stayed a few times and the hotel and staff are lovely, but I had worst in room dining I have ever had. Luke warm lasagne, so overcooked I couldn’t even identify the pasta. This dish was total mush, it was literally inedible - so disappointed at $32!

A great hotel within 15 minute walk of City Centre and 5 minute walk of Botanical Gardens. Clean, quiet and comfortable. A great breakfast too. Julio’s is a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served. Evening meals at Julio’s are also great. Overall, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We were welcomed and Platinum Rewards status well acknowledged.
We had an upgrade to 13th floor and room was spacious and comfortable. Bed gave a great sleep. Food and service in Julio's was excellent. - we had salmon and pasta. This is an iconic restaurant in Perth so I am pleassd that IHG has preserved it and not converted it to a Holiday Inn product.
Asked for better pillows as those in room were very high and for more tea and it came quickly.
Parking available free in street outside from 6pm until 8am or 3 minutes away for paid multistorey.
Improvements? - well tea, coffee and sugar supply was minimal with only 2 sachets (the rest were all less popular flavours) and surprisingly no bottled water.
Overall great stay.
