We stayed for 1 night tho would have been happy to stay for more. The reception staff greeted us and were very friendly tho professional. Our room was 1008 10th floor with view to hills, tho you had to stand or sit at window as it was wait high. The room was very very clean and bed was extremely comfortable. Lighting was ample and aircon quiet. Towels were white and fluffy with amenities supplied. The bathroom bin needed replacing was bit old. Bathroom. Was spotless. There was kettle and coffee pod machine and mini fridge which was good. Plenty hanging space. The TV had glitches poor reception. Julio's Restaurant is located in hotel but housed in an amazing old building opened on to the hotel. Its a must for dining. You can Park nearby or in street but leave by 8am. There is a small cafe coffee shop further west up Hay Street as second choice. The surrounding streets are tree lined making a peaceful place to walk.
