Hands down probably the best ramen I’ve ever had super rich and tasty, but they advertised fire ramen which isn’t really that hot I still put more chilli oil in,
And the price per bowl is a bit steep but other then that a very nice little restaurant with friendly staff

I love a good ramen. I eat them regularly. I was stoked that my new office has Taros just down the road from it. I really did enjoy the broth. It had plenty of heat (ordered the fire ramen) and a richness on par with some of the best in Brisbane. But, $17 for a bowl of ramen is steep. Especially when you only get 1 piece of pork. Plenty of other restaurants in the area priced way better.

I’ve become a fanatic about Ramen ever since a recent Japanese holiday to Sapporo, and repeated excursions to their Ramen Alley - a whole lane of small restaurants all devoted to serving mostly Ramen (and Gouyza dumplings) so many different ways! So now I’m back home in Oz I’m on a quest to find great Ramen back home. Have I found what I’m looking for? Sorry, not just yet. Very good effort here, especially with their beverages, like plum wine and Asahi Black beer, and a big plus on the variety of added toppings as garnishes, though the prize I’m looking for is still elusive. I’ve been spoilt with the world’s best, so how hard is it going to be to ever please me?

Delightful, scrumptiously delicious Ramen restaurant with the best, friendliest service I've ever had. New to town, I'd heard nothing but positive comments from my colleagues at 480 Queen about this attractive Japanese/Korean eatery. The charming host patiently explained their menu to me & encouraged me to try two of the three different broth bases. I selected the Miso Ramen (combining the chicken & Miso) & Fire Tonkotsu (in a beautifully spicy, not too hot, creamy pork broth) & my dinner companion & I argued about which melt in your mouth dish was more delectable, swapping bowls back & forth, jokingly using our chopsticks as weapons to defend our meals. The Edamame was so fresh, the seaweed salad divine. The wine, sake & Puro Puro jelly drinks, all served in stunning glassware, were the perfect complement to a wonderful meal. The lovely chef came to our table to discuss our order & bowed, the host who served us checked several times to make sure his suggestions were to our taste...I can't remember a dining experience I've enjoyed more or recommend this excellent restaurant highly enough. Its my new favourite. I'll certainly be back! Thank you for a superb evening.

I really like the taste of everything, but it disappointed me when they gave only 1 slice of the pork. I expected at least more than 1, I had to order extra 2 pcs. And that cost me a lot for just a bowl of ramen. Maybe staff needs to let us know that it comes only with 1 slice. Because the place was really busy, I had to queue just to buy more slices of pork and left my food to be cold😔
