We went there as a family of four. It is set like in a loft. It is noisy but I found the atmosphere very relax and unusual. The service is good and the food is very good for value. The menu changes all the time but they always ensure there is a variety of food that will please everyone. There is comfort food and food for more adventurous people. Definitely a restaurant to try for people who are looking for a different experience.

Greenglass' vegetarian food is absolutely the best - their mushroom cannelloni (today's special) was by far the best I have ever eaten (and as a lifetime veggie, I've eaten a lot of pasta!).

Once you find the hidden entrance up the stairway you can relax in this charming space with high ceilings, wooden floors and plenty of light.
Bookings are recommended for lunch. Staff is very helpful and accommodates large groups, there’s even a separate library room with a table for 10, past the foyer area, this area has black painted walls, but again is well lit thanks to the size of the windows. Menu regularly updated in social media.

We’ve walked past the entry to this dining treasure many times, situated as it is next to a topless bar.

Take my tip though, it’s a clever decoy and worth your while to dive in, climb the dark staircase and find your way to a table....better still, book ahead!

We enjoyed several excellent selections from the beer and wine list to pair with our above average meal.

The service was amenable and the atmosphere pumping.

Unusual entry - through a black door and upstairs and then through a dining room to the front counter.

Main dining room is quite spartan - felt to us that the place could benefit with something more - maybe a rug or three - to make it feel more welcoming. Not quite “pop-up restaurant” vibe but close.

The winner here was the wine with an awesome lineup - literally a lineup of wines on a long shelf. Browse the line and pick one.

We could have perhaps been more adventurous with our meal choices - we had the steak frites which were fine - steak was a little rough but fries were great.
