Went for the $10 breaky as advertised on tv. It ended up being only one item...one egg with bacon! Disappointed as advert looks like it is a range of items!
Also had poor service. Waiter gave us menus at entrance & found our own way to table. Waited for service at table & no-one arrived. Had to find a waiter for service. Cappuccino cup was half filled with froth. Not somewhere we will be rushing back to!

We go at least once or twice a week for lunch, it’s quick, friendly and at $15 it’s such a great value for money. Food is fantastic and service is also fantastic.

I opted for the lamb shanks on Saturday night instead of the buffet that most of the other guests had.
When they arrived, there were two huge shanks on a bed of mashed potato with some green beans on the side.
Unfortunately, the tastiest part of the dish was the beans. These were cooked to perfection.
The lamb fell apart with a fork but was very bland. Some spices wouldn't go amiss.

My wife Jillian and I attended last night for dinner.
On arrival we were politely greeted and seated and water was promptly brought to the table as was the menu/wine list.
There was quite a good wine and drinks list and the menu was simple and un complicated.
I opted for the grilled prawn and prosciutto salad with mango dressing as an entree. It was simply superb in every way. I would return on a lunch hour just to have this.
Prawns were grilled perfectly and the salad was fresh and crisp.
This was followed by rack of lamb with beans and mushrooms....again the chef excelled in this dish..it was unsurpassable......
My wife, as she doesn't eat much, opted for the tempura battered fish and vegetables entree as a main course.
It arrived and no vegies...chips only. On querying this they said the cook made a mistake and woud remedy this. The fish however, again, was delicious.
Decor...very plain and scant and I've seen better table settings in roadhouses.
Service and waiting.
From when we got there until leaving we were felt very rushed. I tried to slow service but it fell on deaf ears. As one person took our entree plates away, another plonked our main down....no chance of a breath or talk or drink between.
We were halfway through our main and the waiter was asking how I wanted to pay. On querying this I was told they were counting and putting away the till money. I explained that we may want to sit at the bar...they said that the bar was closing and still I was still on my main course...I said I would pay by card.
I finished mains and decided to have desert...well...what a disappointment. ..frozen sweets. I was unable to slice until it thawed. I was again asked how I intended paying... I reiterated by card. As we were made to feal very uncomfortable by being there we opted to leave. The time when we left was 8.45pm,
We arrived at 7.35.pm.
When my wife and I go out, the restaurant is our entire night. We like to talk between course we always go right through the menu including ports coffees and cocktails at the end of the night. Although magority of the food was delicious we will never attend here for dinner again...WE DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING RUSHED THROUGH OUR NIGHT.
I found that it was extremely unusual that the bar and restaurant closed at 9.00pm on a Saturday night.
