Cons. Filthy, dirtiest place I've stayed at. Even the corridor skirtings are thick with dirt, marks etc. Place stinks. Had large cobwebs in room, broken TV unit, just dirty in general. Kitchen cupboards look like they need a good wipe. Asked for a cot, it was broken barely hanging together and no mattress like they come with. I ended up getting towels from reception to pad it a bit. No safety lock at top of balcony sliding door to prevent little ones getting out.
Not with the $230 a night.
Clothes air rack on balcony would be handy to dry bathers etc.

The entire hotel needs to address their aircon it’s musty and smells of mildew very bad. The room was nice had everything clean great space but the air quality is horrible. I would not stay again with the air the way it is.

Had a most enjoyable 5 night stay. From check-in to check-out nothing went wrong. Perfect location on the waterfront. Clean room and facilities. Staff were amazing and always went out of their way to assist.

A beautiful room and view, with all the comforts to make our stay very comfortable. Washing machine and dryer in the room was very good.

Great place for a stay of any length, lovely outlook and facilities. We ate breakfast in the restaurant, and there are beautiful walks along the sea front, plus a number of places to eat locally outside the hotel. The view from my room was stunning, looking over lush gardens and the Darwin Waterpark.

Fabulous location, convenient to everything available on the Waterfront. Rooms very clean and terrific amenities (mini bar bonus). Staff at reception fantastic!
