We booked as a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids and specifically chose the one queen, 2 singles and sofa bed option. When we got there, a king had been made up in the master bedroom and a queen in the other room. We rang up and asked where extra bedding was for the sofa bed- staff came up and gave us bedding and split the king into two singles. When we questioned the bed configuration in the morning we were told the configuration wasn't able to be changed. I'm sorry, but since when do you have children sleeping in the master bedroom with the en suite? As for cleanliness, it is below par with crumbs and cigarette butts found in the sofa bed (very strange for a non-smoking room). Location is amazing, and the reception staff are wonderfully polite, but for the price, it's very substandard.

Gretat location very central to everything we needed would stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful

Great location, friendly staff, very comfy bed and pillows, good wifi. Kitchen had no frying pan, no cooking utenils, dirty oven without rost. Pan took 4 days and four different people to be delivered. Hangers are in-closet only, cannot use to hang sth on bathroom.
Lounge smelled of mould and I was neither given a different room or any price reduction. No good for a stay of 8 weeks.
