Clean rooms and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too special. Cheap, which is always a bonus. Close to shopping centres and restaurants. Easy access. Nice gardens. Not too far from the hospital either.

We stayed in a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for our two kids.

I can't recommend this hotel, because there are much better alternatives for a few dollars more.

Very dated, mattress on the double bed had seen much better days, only foam mattresses on the bunks, bathroom was very tired and the bedding was extremely basic.

I stayed in a 1 br apartment for 3 nights recently for work. The bedroom contains a double & single bed & a single in the lounge. It's a "no frills establishment but has the necessary things you need. Parking is a bit iffy as you park outside your unit on the left so it does mean a bit of navigation to get out of the driveway. Pluses were, the towels refreshed, beds made and rubbish out daily. The grounds of the motel are pretty and you can sit privately on a bench in the main area, considering it is on a main road. The kitchenette has a small variety of cookware and the location is close enough to work to the Main Street for groceries. The bonus for me was leaving the car and walking to work along the Wiradjuri track at the end of the street along the Murrumbidgee river.

The rooms are neat ,clean and tidy and the owner friendly and helpful on checkin. The rooms are a bit dated but this is a budget motel.
Sleep quality was good notwithstanding it's on a fairly major thoroughfare into the main downtown area.
Five to 10 minute walk into the centre of town makes it quite convenient of you chose to have a few drinks with dinner and avoid having to drive.
There is a neat pleasant garden with tables and chairs in the centre of the motel which is a nice place to sit a while and chill.

The breakfast is served only to the rooms and is the quite basic standard offering found at hundreds of similar budget motels. There are some very good cafes in town as alternatives

This motel was excellent value for money and din a great position to the central part of Wagga as well as not far from the train station. Was met with friendly and very helpful assistance and was even allowed to check in early. Terrific and friendly service to the extent that I was offered a lift to the train station with my luggage on the day of my departure. Good value breakfast in the room of bacon, eggs, toast an juice for $12.
