Arrived at hotel early in the morning but was able to check in immediately. Staff member at check in was very polite, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel was a short walk from many attractions such as the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The hotel was also a short walk away from the station which was very handy for getting to and from the airport.

Room Tip: Higher floors have views of the harbour

The Marriott was the perfect spot for our stay in Sydney. Right at circular quay. We just got off the cruise line celebrity cruises, so we were in walking distance to the hotel. Lots of restaurants close by. Staff are very helpful. The room was large , beautiful and very clean. I would stay there again for sure.

Room Tip: Large spacious room. Bed was really comfortable and I was pleased it had a bath.

Hotel is in a great location, close to Circular Quay, with lots of restaurants and bars. Great views of the Harbour bridge, if you get a room facing that side. A very comfortable bed, to recover from the long flight. The staff are always very helpful.

Huge hotel but only had 2 two working elevators !!!!! Front desk said you should always give yourself an extra 10 minuets case you never know what could happen. Mobile check in desk is also the travel desk had to wait in line behind two couple asking for directions to everywhere. Executive lounge was so packed it was hard finding a place to sit. Full of families with crying babies also had to ask for OJ two days in a row The staff in lounge where friendly but could not keep with all the kids !

Room Tip: Had a nice view of the a Harbor Bridge at the end of the hall

Everything is great except the 5 lifts that service 30 floors of the hotel. It is the most important element that transport guests to their rooms after long haul flights. Many have waited at least 10-20 minutes to get into the lifts. I believe it is something urgent to look into it.

Room Tip: Put a pillow to block the light below the fridge, can't seems to switch it off!
