My husband and I arrived at 1.45pm for lunch as they were just closing the kitchen. No trouble ... they extended service and ensured that we were able to linger over the delicious food and wine. We were not hurried out.
I had the bouillabaisse which was delicious with a subtle taste of citrus. My husband had the Beef Cheek Bourbignone which was rich with melt in the mouth beef cheek and plenty of vegetables. He would have liked to have licked the plate. More bread was offered. Wine list was excellent with both local and French wine.
The waiter was an asset to this bistro.
We had been wanting to come to this bistro for a year and now wonder why we waited so long. We plan to return very soon.
