The hotel are very pleasant. The staff are very accomodating and polite. My family and I stayed at the Premier suite main building for 7 days and we had a great time. They served delicious and great varieties of food. The room are spacious and clean. The only downside though is they don't have closets or cabinets to put all our clothes on but still we will choose diamond water edge resort for our next visit.

it is so near to the Willy’s rock. The location is superb but my mom and I were truly disappointed with the room that we stayed. I did it in a site and I chose two beds which was been agreed upon. When we came there I was really disappointed bec we had to walked at the end of the hotel with no lift, had to carry our luggages by stairs. we have back problem issues but roomboy helped us. our room
was too small and coudnt even fit our two carry on luggages. i spoke to the receptionist about our bed and she told me that all the rooms in the budget area bas only queen bed and its tbe Agodas fault for not removing tbe bed options. it wqs dusty and a bit smelly. i dotn think theyd even cleaned or mop tbe floor, our view outside our room is such an ugly view too.. i paid for PHP2000 for a day amd its not really worth! we shouldve stayed to other 3 star hotels with a budget frienly room with own bathroom or airbnb.
the staff at their restaurant are kinda racists too.
they are very nice a d polite with foreigners but not with filipinos. they never even say hi to us and even giving us the plate or ask if we need anything.
onyl one staff offered us a coffee.
i stayed in a four star hotel before we stayed in this hotel for a day because i rhought it will be fun to stay here on my last day in Boracay. but nah!!
- Easy room downgrade as I previously booked for 4 but changed to 2 adult and 1 four yrs old. I used their website to book and made changes on the booking through email.
- I booked for an annex standard room with no view but it’s not a problem as you will only stay in your room for sleeping. Room has a fridge, hot water (strong water pressure is a plus), AC was cold.
- Annex room is located across the Main road but not a problem as white beach is a just a few steps away. There is a small sari sari store downstairs from the annex room for your basic toiletries, water or chips.
- Perfect location, near Willy’s rock, near Andoks and 7/11. Not a buffet breakfast but just right considering the room price with breakfast included. They have Japanese food on their resto. I want to try the ramen but I was too full when we had our dinner at andoks just a few meters from the annex and there will be 7/11 soon just beside.
- Perfect location as it’s just a few meters from Willys rock and which is the main reason we choose the place.
- We walked at the beach path at night to DMall, location is near the Center.
- Overall, good value for money and location is the best.
worst experience;we didn't enjoyed our last day in Boracay becoz of the service, my family came in their restaurant before 9:30 and they ordered food for breakfast,i bought a cake to my mom to surprise her and i got in the restaurant around 10,I asked the staff if its possible to sing happy bday to my mom and he said we are busy maam,mybe later,I told him its fine if u get free later,so I ordered my food and i have to pay since we only have 4 breakfast included in the hotel,after 15 mins they served 1 meal,my kids are hungry,told them just wait for a bit,maybe they are busy,more than 1 hour and i followed up their order,the staff said 5 mins and 30 mins later didn't serve the order so i got upset and walk away in the restaurant.looking for the manager,he told me he will investigate and make an action, DAMAGE BEEN DONE,we dont deserve this kind of treatment,they returned my 250pesos for 1meal that i paid in the restaurant,we are disappointed and we definitely wont come back here😡
