Such a beautiful temple to visit , if you are after views of Mt Agung best to check the forecast before you go , the weather can change pretty quickly and often , probably best to go in the dry season in the middle part of the year if it’s true photo opportunities you are after.
As mentioned sarongs are required here as well as the covering of shoulders for ladies with sarong hire at 10k , locals also asked for a donation too , I only had 50k on me between myself and my wife which was above the normal donation amount.
As stated there is in fact 6/7 temples to visit , after hearing that the whole lot would take about 4/5 hours to complete we quickly decided 1 and 2 would be enough for us .
Temples 1 and 2 are the best for photo opportunities anyway , there are plenty of stairs to negotiate but the views are worth it.
It can get quite humid and warm so best to take water with you.
There are little shops at the ticket booth to buy supplies , you can hire a guide as well .
In all a very calming experience and worth the experience.

We went there on a cloudy day on a day trip from Amed. Really enjoyed Lempuyang temple although we only went to see the first one. Couldn't see the mountain because of the clouds. Still beautiful.i had my own sarong but had to cover my shoulders too so one lady just gave one to me (no fee). The only bad thing was a drone flying around the temple so it was in many of the pictures.

We went up to see Mt Agung, and even though it was muggy and cloudy (we couldn’t see the Mt) it was still breathtaking to see how high we were and experience the beautiful temple.
If you’re up in the area it is well worth the trip especially on a sunny day!

Just like other temple but located on a hill/mountain. Cloudy when i reached there.
The following are the total fees..
1. Donation: on your willingness. I donated 10K.
2. Car parking and again donation during parking: Total 5K. Refer to receipt attached.
3. Rental of 'sarung' : 10K per person.

Please bring along a 'sarung' if you wanted to visit their temple. Every temple you visit there is a fees. This will save you some money for other things.

Overall.. nice view but just pay a visit for experience is enough. The staff attended us is polite.
