Just came back from Saii. Amazing setting especially if you have kids. Food was excellent except breakfast.. Kept asking for fresh bacon, kept reheating the old one. Anyway, you get off the boat and paranoia kicksin. they kept giving me machines to put a pin, giving me pens to sign.. I said that't it i am leaving. Then met Assar? (f&b) manager.. He immediately sorted everything out. Whenever I went i had disposable cups/cutlery everything and I of course felt wayyy better and safe. Sooo many activities to do during the day never get bored. From yoga to zumba etc . I also visited Hard Rock which I managed to stay for one hour cause I really don't want to see people spitting in the pool! Anyway it was overcrowed. It felt better at Saii. My reason of choosing Saii was all the restrictions Hilton put in place.. , social distancing, disinfecting etc which I am sorry to say have seen none. Ok i got used to having no masks etc and it felt good by the end of my 6 days. Then Pcr testing day! ok i was offered a seat between 15 people for my turn! Absolutely no way and that pen again!! Call me crazy but i was alone with two children and couldnt risk a positive result!
Ok done with that too, absolutely perfect until check out time, problem with my cards, touching my cards, pin numbers again and again! Even tapping with my phone didnt work. Receptionis insisting i spent all my money!!! Finally done after 45 minutes !
I have to mention we are fully vaccinated but still i was expecting more disinfection of tables and sunbeds. Of course i will return because the staff were absolutely amazing and put up with me during my stay. Saii you have been amazing but please respect a bit of the consequences if covid positive.

I am sorry that you did not feel very comfortable while staying with us. Allow me please to address that we fully understand the risks of the ongoing pandemic, this is why we do check the temperature of all our guests daily upon entering the restaurant for breakfast, we also advise our guests to disinfect their hands on a regular basis. Hand sanitizers and social distancing signs are posted at various locations throughout our guests public areas as a reminder for our valued guests and as a part of our precautionary measure against COVID. We also follow the rigorous cleaning standard from Hilton Cleanstay. \ Moreover, your comments will definitely be discussed with my entire team and extra efforts will be exerted to make sure that we offer a more worry-free experience for our valued inSAiiders moving forward.


Once again, thank you for bringing up your concern to our attention. It is only through your valuable comments that we can continue to improve our products and services for our valued guests.

Good ambiance and a resort with ball facilities. It was more of small town feel and make you feel like home. It is also connected with Hard rock which makes you hop around and experience good interaction.

We spent 5 nights in Beach room.
Modern design, friendly staff, tasty food and big territory. If you wish to get rest and relaxing in a quite place, you can find it easily on the territory. Want to taste cocktails with nice music - then you should visit The Beach Club or Miss Olive Oyl Bar.

Grateful to gm Patrick and his team for all!

We had a blast at Saii lagoon Maldives. Celebrating our 17 year anniversary with two pre teen girls in tow. Staff was great food was awesome. Ot was cool getting the experience of 2 properties for the price of one alongside the awesome Marina. We walked jogged biked and buggied all around this lovely property and enjoyed everything it had to offer. Pool bar at Saii was some of our favorite time spent thanks to Shaan and the gang who made sure we were well taken care of.

The hotel team were fantastic, especially Aress the Food and Beverage Manager. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Shaan and Nilan at Miss Olive Oyl pool bar were lots of fun and gave us excellent service. The resort is beautiful, very clean. Our only issue was the all inclusive drinks. One poor quality red/white wine, one beer choice and the very cheap end of spirits. Also if you have kids up to 18, they are expected to eat from a menu designed for 5-9 year olds.
Again the staff tried very hard to make up for an all inclusive product that the company who manages the resort have designed badly.
That said, the quality of food was excellent and there is lots of variety and choices of restaurants all within a beautiful stunning resort.
