great location with so much potential but due to lack of traction, i feel staff are discouraged so the service wasn’t the best. we requested extra amenities for our overnight stay twice yet wasnt delivered. I believe if it was busier the service would improve as well.
Been here several times, it still has its grandeur but some facilities are old and needs repairs. Indoor pool is closed along with the indoor playground and other facilities. I was sad to see the place with less people and a bit lifeless far from how it was some 5 years ago.
Our family have bonding time together with the beautiful ambiance of our bedrooms as well as the surroundings. We enjoy swimming and eating together at the pool side. Served by the cheerful polite waiters. Have relaxing moments with beauty of the natures and smells of the greens. Welcome by the well trained smiling hotel staff and house keeping personnel.
I am a backpacking person and I love to go places that are cold and somehow up near the clouds though of course being a solo person and wanting to have a peaceful getaway, Canyon Woods is what I found. My stay there was really nice and the food are delish in taste, though of course I always go out and check the travel spots near it still whenever I go back and stay for the night I loved it. Will go back here again
Had a wonderful weekend getaway. Accommodation was easy. The amendmenties were great. Booking was easy too. Not so far so it's accessible. Overall, I had a great escape from the city. Thank you so much.
