The place is surreal. Nice views, rooms, and amenities.
The staff are polite and accommodating. They also provide good and quality service. It was a fun experience eventhough we are on a work trip. Next time, I will surely visit for a vacation trip.

The customer service was superb and was one of the best one I've had at it was highly personal and customized.
Prior to our stay, the hotel asked us about how we want to unwind in the night and I chose "Movie Night." I was surprised when night-time came that I have these freebies or popcorn, some bread with meat, and a sweet drink.
Prior to that, upon arriving, we were welcomed with a plate of macarons, cupcake, and chocolates that were consistent with the theme of our planning. In addition, we went home with a Twinlakes bear as a freebie.
The place was really clean, and the view is to die for. The pastries that they gave us were good. The food is fine and comparable with other hotels.
Highly recommended for corporate and workcation.
I was invited for a wedding to this hotel. There were two other weddings that day. Wow it was busy people coming from all over. The hotel room was okay. The resto had good food but it couldn’t accommodate all the guests they lack seats and tables. The staff are truly nice but I can see that the building is wearing out.

Great view from our balcony, lush greens & distant taal. Weather was not cold as we expected. Staff are courteous. Breakfast buffet is good & filling. I like the shower that has strong flow of water. The grandchildren 4 yrs olds & 2 yrs old enjoyed the heated pool. Our stay was pleasant except upon checking out, i took the elevator alone & it suddenly malfunction wont open & cant get out. Upon pressing emergency button, response from engineering was quick & i was out in a few mins.

The place is magnificent. The heated pool, game room, and the cafe has a delicious food choices. But we have a problem with this girl at the concierge who's very ill-mannered, her name is AYA. I think its very simple to let us sit first for her to confirm our reservation. POLITELY. but she still insisting that we got the wrong confirmation without even verifying it with the reservation department and she keep raising her eyebrow at us.
"ee ito po kasi ung nakalagay dito ee" she keep on saying. and always inserts "NGA" on her statements. Does this AYA know how to speak english?
This attitude of your staff is a shame with your hotel. The girl in front of the cafe area is much much better than you (I didn't get her name) thankfully that the manager named Mike is there to assist us.
We hope you make action with this, we are very frustrated with her attitude.
