A very good hotel from a famous brand. Keeping level, even during these difficult times. Buffet meals, not served on a plate. During COVID-19, this is a big plus. Safe, clean and comfortable !!! I recommend!

Food good though most restaurants at the hotel were closed due to COVID. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room clean and modern. I wasn’t impressed by the gym though, very small and equipment old and not working properly.

Staff was absolutely exceptional. Super friendly, not annoying at all, professionals all the way. I loved them.

Cleaning ladies were a bit loud for my taste, especially in the early hours :)
Food: excellent buffet, so much food.
Everything sparkling clean.

Not sure if this is the same during normal business, but we loved it.

Very good and nice hotel, with very high quality in general on both food and drink. If you asked for drinks that were not on the list, and if they did not know the recipe. So it was just to google it and show them and they fixed it without any problems. The staff are very nice and helpful, everything from the fantastic people at the reception to the animation team (talked a lot with Marchello) to pickers, cleaners, waiters and more.

Mouthguards everywhere, which you get used to and are reminded in a respectful and friendly way.

A disadvantage, however, is the lack of sound insulation between the rooms and especially the door to the corridor. Where there was almost a centimeter gap, which means that you hear everything that happens outside the room.

Will be going back here again, and just ENJOYING.
