I have been visiting here for many ears as a base from which to go to local golf courses. Spectacular views from all rooms, especially at dawn and dusk. Although the hotel is becoming rather dated and facilities not the best, it is very relaxed, helpful bar service and negotiated rates provide good value for money. There are lots of really good fish restaurants in the town with a few still offering old fashioned Portuguese value of great food and low prices. Probably, four stars is a bit high but I like the hotel.

Room tip: All rooms have balcony and sea views

Stayed for 2 nights. Really nice and small town, with a beautiful beach.
The hotel is not only out dated (as noticed by others), it's really really old!
Yes, the rooms are simple and clean, but that's all.
You have the fealing that the balcony railing can fall down any moment.

If you go, ask for a room at the 5th floor or higher. You'r view will be great. Any lower than 5th will give you a bad view.

Breakfast is ok, the pizza at the snackbar was just a frozen pizza from the supermarket, heated for a short time. Service at the bar wasn't really great.

Wouldn't recommend this hotel to be honest.

This is a great hotel, in a lovely position overlooking the beach. It does have an awful lot of steps, and is a bit of a maze. The lifts are very tiny too. The rooms are lovely, with large balconies and are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous with lots of choice. Would definitely return here.

Second visit. Improvements noticed.
Dated but absolutely fit for purpose.
Great staff. Somehow this place grows on you. It’s Portuguese in design and flavour.
Everything in the room worked, great views, plenty of parking. Not romantic or posh.

We stayed here 3 days and it was more than enough... rooms are old and need renovation urgently... breakfast is not 4* worthy, if you want a better meal I would suggest the bar they have... the toasts are way better than the breakfast buffet.

The gym was old... and when I say old
Is really old and rusty... no ac either..

The outside pool was ok.. sauna was broken..

We played tennis was ok but they really need to replace the balls..

I would suggest the Sana hotel if you’re planning to come to Sesimbra..
