We ordered the surprise menu and were not disappointed.
The waiters took the time to ask us if we had any allergies or if the ladies in the company were pregnant. They adjusted the menu to leave out certain ingredients.
We were pleasantly surprised by the waiters who really knew the combination of flavours and structures (and were able to explain it properly). A big thank you to the chef for introducing us to new flavour combinations that we were not to sure of when the meal started.
If there was a bit of a downside, they forgot to ask us if we needed anything else to drink. They removed our glasses when we were done with the aperitifs, but offered no other drinks. When I asked for the assorted wines to go with our meal the waitress got really flustered that she'd forgotten and just poured everybody a glass, without letting me taste the wine first. A bit of a downside, but it was perfect for the dish, so in the end it all turned out ok. Again, a great example of a restaurant's staff working so well together. The sommelier really knows his job.
Dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the rest of our little group seemed to love it, so I guess it is really personal.
Overall it was a great experience.
Though the complex of the hotel where the restaurant is situated is mostly wheelchair accessible, this restaurant is not. Unfortunately there are a couple of stairs leading to the restaurant itself.
