A very friendly hotel located at the other end of the island from the airport. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is of bother too them.
The hotel is quite dated but the setting is lovely.
Food is ok and the rooms are nice but in need of renovation which is going on in the hotel but is not intrusive if your holiday.
Do venture out as it is more than safe enough to do so the locals may not have much but are always happy too see you.
We had a lovely time and would defo go back.
Try the local taxis they are fun if a little bumpy lol

Thank you for a lovely holiday.

The setting and location of the resort was beautiful. The use of kyakes was nice as well. The fact that the resort ran out of certain food on more than one occasion was unpleasant. You are only alotted one large bath towel and floor mat, no wash rags or hand towels are provided. The prices for packages to do activities around the area were outrageous. On the way out we were put into a taxi that had base speakers in his truck so he had no room for our luggage to take us to the airport. He put our luggage in the front passenger side. And one carry on suitcase my son had to hold on his lap. Keep in mind there were 4 of us, 2 adults, one teenage boy and a young daughter. We were crammed for out long ride to the airport.

They will charge your credit card 1 nights accommodation even if you cancel three months out. Be very careful booking this hotel through booking.com as they say pay at the hotel but they will still charge the cost of one nights accommodation for any cancellation months away from arrival

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. While pictures look great you can tell that the hotel was great when newly build, but it needs higher maintenance. The room is big and has all necessary amenities, but when you look behind the cabinet you find lots of dust and dirt. Getting out of the hotel is difficult, a taxi needs to be called by the staff and it can take a while. Surrounding the hotel there is almost nothing to see and the closest mall doesn't offer much. We drove more then an hour to get to city center. For the price you can get better hotels.

My review is essentially an echo of the other fair reviews of this place. If you know what to expect going in, you most certainly can have a positive experience. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. The rooms are giant and although the furnishings are a little worn, I slept very well and was comfortable. I should also note that they seem to be in the process of remodeling their bungalows so perhaps this place in a state of improvement. The pool is large and unique and I enjoyed the use of the free kayaks and paddle boards. The grounds are spacious and make for easy relaxation. The food was not the best I ever had but there are fantastic restaurants nearby. That said, they did have a small but impressive scotch collection at the bar!
