Great location right in the middle of everything without too much noise. Rooms fairly large with a fridge and a small kitchen.

Great if all you need is somewhere to sleep. Not the place to go if your looking for luxury.

Budget rooms at a budget price.

Do not in any circumstances book this awful place. It's so hard to find and couldn't get to my apartments due to lots of druggies drinking alcohol, using needles and smoking. They were all round the lift area and to be honest I wouldn't have trusted the lift it looked damaged and dilapidated. Couldn't get up the stairs because the addicts were sitting in the stairwell and all up the 1st bit of stairs and there was no way the abusive and rude people were going to let me by. Went back to the hotel from where you collect your key from and no it's not across the road it's a bit if a trek and. The porter at the said hotel was more interested in talking to the girls at the desk that he more or less took no notice. Basically saying tough, take it or leave it. I left it and slept in my hire car for the night. I have now found alternative accommodation at more expense.

We booked an appartment for 6 people that would only be used for the two of us, at a lower rate what was good, but expensive.

At our arrival we had to pick up the key at another hotel crossing the street. It was easy to find it, on the other hand, it was really hard to find the Burlington Appartments. We went in two buildings before we could find it.

In the building, one of the two lifts was out of service. The appartment was scary, with all the rooms' doors closed and some illumination missing.

It was hard to open the bathroom's door, then we realized it was already broken. There is a "kitchen" with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a sink. When oppening the furnituresbwe also found some knives, forks, plates and glases, as well as a broken door.

We thougt we still could use the safe but, there was a hole on its side, so that it was accesible to anyone.

We managed to meet the Night Manager, Jeff who was a nice person that gave us some tips and recomended to go to the reservations office the following morning-saturday (any consoulting service is available after 12 am and for the rest of the weekend).

When explaning the situation to the responsable person in the office, he propossed us to move into a hotel room at the St George's Hotel including breakfast, what we accepted.

Maybe our appartment was not renovated since a moment, or maybe this is the situation of all of them. In any case, if you go to Malta just for partying it can be ok, it is located in the hearth of thenight life and you will even find the prices list in case you break something; but if you want to have quality in your acomodation, look for something else.

The Burlington building is composed of apartments, the building itself is shared with other companies and located at a very strategic location nearby transport, restaurants and beaches. The apartment was fine (a living room with balcony, a bedroom,a small kitchen and a bathroom), however, it was not so clean due to the fact that there was no daily cleaning so be ready to do the job yourself and be equipped with towels and soaps too. Some of the plugs at the kitchen did not work and there were only 2 or 3 local TV channels. The city is noisy since there are clubs and bars around. The main issue is the absence of a 24 H reception; the reception is located at a nearby building and is closed by the afternoon, thus, the keys should be collected from the St.George Park hotel for the ones who'll check in later. The stay was fine in general considering the budget, you do not expect for more. There is also an equipped kitchen which makes it easy. I recommend the Burlington apartments for those who would like to party and enjoy night life with a small budget.

We were concerned when we read other reviews. We were right in the middle of Paceville with restaurants, loads of places to see, transport links, taxis. The studio apartment was very basic but clean and comfortable. If we needed to get something fixed, someone was there within the hour. We used the sister hotel across the road; 3 pools, cocktail bars. Wi fi is free in surrounding area. I would say the place needs a bit of TLC. I would use Burlington again.
