Excellent 4 day stay in mid January 2025. Excellent value. Super breakfast included. Lovely , and clean property. Staff good standard. Definitely 5 star hotel. Good location in St Julian. But, this is not Valetta, which is an easy 20 min Uber ride for 10 Euros, so not a problem. However, St Julian is nothing special, and next time we would consider staying in Valetta, but in Valetta, we would not get such a nice hotel, for the same price, so depends what you want.Having said this, Ubers ate very easy to get and very cheap. Highly recommend this hotel for your Malta holiday.

We regularly spend several days in this establishment that we like very much for several reasons.
- the welcome is always very warm, whether at the reception, at the bar, at the different restaurants and even at the concierge. We always feel listened to. Here we are not just a room number.
- The room, with a beautiful view of the sea, is very pleasant, comfortable with all the necessary equipment and very clean.
- The breakfast buffet at the Marketplace restaurant offers a lot of choice and the eggs, prepared in the dining room according to our desires, are very good.
- The menu at the Atrio restaurant has changed and we were pleasantly surprised. The dishes are delicious and there is a choice for all tastes.
- The buffet on weekends at the Marketplace restaurant is really worth it. The food is varied, of good quality and very plentiful.

For New Year's Eve we opted for the menu served at the Atrio restaurant. It was delicious! The dishes were very fine with subtle flavors. The wine, very good, was served without counting. We really had a great time.
The atmosphere was friendly and beautiful lively music accompanied us all evening.
Finally, although all the staff is very polite, competent, professional and friendly, we would like to particularly congratulate Naima, Kopila and Cristy who served us at the bar and restaurant with great kindness and were always ready to satisfy us.
We would also like to warmly thank the management for all their kind attentions which delighted us.

This hotel is outstanding in every way. The service from all staff is impeccable, and you will feel very special.
I arranged a birthday trip for my mum, and from start to finish, our stay was incredible. We stayed in a deluxe sea view room with twin beds, with the most wonderful view of Balluta Bay. When we arrived in the room, we were greeted with an amazing towel display, a bottle of sparkling wine and some chocolates - what a lovely surprise! My mum was delighted! The room itself is a great size and the decor and lighting gave the room a peaceful calm atmosphere. Toiletries provided were a delight to use, the brand was This Works, and smelt divine.
Breakfast is a wonderful feast including hot choices such as eggs, pancakes and waffles, fresh bread, fruit, yoghurts, cheeses, meats, and included freshly squeezed orange juice and a blender to create your own healthy concoction using fresh fruit and vegetables. The omelettes were delicious. The manager of the hotel personally greeted guests at breakfast. The breakfast will give you a great start to your day.
The spa was a real luxury, free to use as a guest, and included a heated indoor swimming pool, steam room, jacuzzi and outside cold tub. This was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. There is also a well equipped gym. We treated ourselves to a massage, and would recommend, however is quite pricey.
I would like to say thank you to all the staff who made our stay so special, especially Rocco, who did an outstanding job organising the room for my mum, and also Sanju, who was always a pleasure to talk to at breakfast, and for being so attentive, you are doing an amazing job!
I would highly recommend a stay at the Marriott, and will return for sure in the future.
