Had a wonderful 7 days at this hotel recently and we could not fault it. Have stayed in many Marriotts in our time and they generally have the best format for customer care. This hotel surpassed that! From the moment we arrived and were checked in by a charming young guy on reception, sorry can’t remember his name but he was from Columbia and had a smile that would light up the dullest room! We had a king size M Club room which was very big and comfortable. The breakfast in the lounge was exceptional with plenty of choice and lots of it. Nothing was a problem for the staff at this hotel, clearly very well organised with Alex the manager setting the example of customer experience, coming into the lounge every day and making sure to speak to everyone in there. He left no one out! This was very impressive and so classy. Evenings were just as good with plenty of free alcoholic drinks as well as many soft drinks and hot food. In the club room the staff were exceptional especially Chrisanta (think that’s her name) couldn’t believe she’s only been there about 8 months…what a rising star! We did not encounter any negativity from any staff during our stay. Thank you to the Whole Marriott Team we will definitely be back.
