We travel to Malta four times a year to meet with friends. Having seen that this hotel had re-opened after a long time since the previous hotel closed we thought we would give it a try. Having stayed at this hotel in February I knew to book double rooms for a single occupant as the single rooms with sea view are quite compact. I took the opportunity to have a look around the hotel whilst rooms were being cleaned to see which were the best rooms for us in the future. N.B. If you want a room with a view pay a little more and book a sea view room.
The breakfast was average for a budget hotel of this type and very busy at some times. If you can go earlier or later you will miss the rush for breakfast and you will enjoy a more relaxing and quieter environment.
One thing to note - this is NOT St. Julians but round the corner in Balluta Bay. Only a few minutes walk away from St. Julians, however, it is not the real St. Julians.More
