This is our 3rd visit but was disappointed with:

1) Receptionist mistook that we are staying for one night instead of two nights even though we produced the reservation print-out.
2) We have booked one superior queen room for 2 adults but was given one toothbrush/toothpaste???
3) Upon checked-out, we asked the receptionist whether they are a 10% discount for guests who patronised the Majesty Spa Massage. Answer - NO. (Did not even double checked with their Sales & Marketing Department and commented that they have actually received the same query earlier!!!)

Well, still love the breakfast spread. Thank you.

Went to Batam with colleague and check-in this Hotel ,
Generally great for overall , Nice breakfast , hotel room and facilities ,
just one thing could be better is no bathtub , if yes that will be 5 star from me .

another best thing is location , Nogoya Hill shopping center just behind the hotel ,
you may just need less than 5mins walk from hotel 2nd floor to the shopping center .

I checked in to a superior twin bed room. So all review will only be based on the room I stayed in.

Details:
Check-in time: 2pm.
Check-out time: 12pm.
The concierge will give you a call to remind you 5mins before 12 noon.

Pros:
- Helpful and Respectful staffs will always be within your reach!
- Welcome drink is available right beside the check-in counter.
- Concierge counter helps you to book taxi easily and hassle free. (There’s taxi for 12 Pax too! It’s like a mini van but great ventilation and safe driver)
- Room was spacious, with enough amenities.
- It’s a SMART TV inside the room and not like most hotel, you can watch not just the local channels.
- In-house massage

Cons:
- Bed sheets and towels don’t look clean, and the blanket gave off a smell. Maybe it’s their detergent scent, I’m not sure but it does smell like everybody who stayed in the room before combined together. But nonetheless, this might be subjective to each his own.
- Bed and pillow was too soft for comfort.
- Wall not 100% sound proof. While the cleaner is cleaning up the room next door, you can literally hear all the sounds.
- Breakfast spread is quite wide, but the food generally is bland. Own seasoning is required. Bear in mind it’s halal spread with no pork no lard, but there’s beef. Fruits are a little rotten.

Tips:
- If you want to make full use of their gym, kindly note proper attire is a must to enter the gym.
- To head over to Nagoya shopping mall, head to level 2 and cross a bridge. It’s safer and nearer!

Just stayed one night at nagoya hill hotel. It has a delightful spread of breakfast which includes western and indonesian food. It has a 24 hour spa and massage services. The room has internet and tv. The bed is comfortable and the hotel is connected to the nagoya hill mall.

Room Tip: Need to collect toothbrush from the reception when they only place one in your bath room

I honestly cannot fault the hotel for anything apart from the fact that I was most upset that there weren't enough fillings in my omelette. Bed was comfy, hotel was close to the mall. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again.
