Trying to get from Oslo Gardemoen to Downtown, i was told that te train would be the easiest way. Went to a cashier and asked for a economy ticket. I bought a to&fro ticket. I tried to get to the lanes and SUPRISINGLY flytoget had a control to check all passengeres tickets. Since i was travelling economy i had to go through a differrent gate. Everything OK for now..
On my way back from Oslo Main Railstation to Gardemoen things were confusing. There were no signs for which train COMPANY was leaving from which lane (!!!). I asked a infodesk for help, and she said for airport go straight. Still no signs if it was the economy train that was leaving to the airport or the ''business class'' train. Not forget to mention, no flytoget controllers at the railstation to give directions or at least to make you understand that you are not on the right spot(!!!). I walked inside the train, still nobody to ask... Arriving at the Oslo Airport Gardemoen, a security was there and all the way was blocked by automatic doors which open by scanning your ticket. When i was told what happened i claimed to the poor ''bored'' security lady for flytoget unprofessionalism to give correct guidance regarding their trains departure. She ignored me and asked me to pay extra 200 NOK to pass the control (!!!).
This is totally embarassing for flytoget by failing to provide the least service she can contra to the ticket price they charge to the tourists.
Will not travel with FLYTOGET again.
