This showcases everything best about local family owned and run restaurants. The experienced Italian chef has established this lovely place and developed a great reputation which on our experience is very well deserved. It is rare to have a three course meal where all three courses excel. One usually lets the overall experience down. We loved our meal. We both had crepes with ham in a tasty sauce as starter followed by Saltibocca where the pork was beautifully tender and in another good sauce. For dessert we had a coconut panacotta which my wife really enjoyed and I had possibly the best chocolate dessert ever (and I have had a few). If this was in the south of England it would be packed out every night. Please go along and support this great attempt to bring something different to Dumfries and Galloway.
