We were very impressed with the apartment.
It was spotless and had everything you could need.
On entering, it had a lovely scent in the air .
The bed was comfortable. The bedding was good quality.
The location is perfect we will definitely return.
We booked an extra night because of an operation that I had to have. We were politely asked to have our key card updated. I took one card to reception, and my husband took the second card the next day. The way the receptionist spoke to him was just unacceptable. She was so rude and dismissive, and argued with him about the fact that we had booked an extra night. Her name is Carol, and she should not be front of house in a very nice establishment. I would expect management to speak to this lady about her attitude towards customers. I wonder if she realises it’s the customers money that pays her salary!!
What a find this place was. Right in the heart of South Perth and on the foreshore. Walking distance to the zoo, shops and Mend Street Jetty to catch the ferry across to Perth. Yes it is older but everything is clean and tidy. Our studio, while it didn’t have views, was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. We were given a breakfast box each morning which I thought was fab and was enough for you to start the day. Check in was easy and the staff were very nice and informative with things to do and see. Free parking on site which is a bonus. Definitely will be back to stay.
Only cleaned 3 times a week poorly equipped kitchen no paper towel no oven broken tiles in bathroom mould in shower street very noisy at night but great location easy access to ferry iga closeby
Location ( close to ferry, restaurants, shops), views across to CBD, friendly efficient staff, nice room, 3 x times a week service. We are here for 9 days, so important to be comfortable. Next time, we'd upgrade to a front balcony room up top.
