The team of James, Rico, and Jill (SP?) was fantastic. From the minute we arrived to our departure, we had great interaction with this team led by James who even took control of the camera and doubled as our photographer without even asking! The experience has some physical demands given that you are literally walking through water/river and jumping off low to medium heights. The team ensured safety throughout as well as allowed us to go at our pace. We were a group of 9 ranging in age from 11 to 57...One thing to keep in mind is to stay hydrated...easy to forget to drink when you are splashing in the water for several hours however, you are also effectively transiting down a river for 3.5 to 4.5 hours...
The day we went was a little crowded however, this was due to us being fortunate that the river was available given that rains had shut it down the previous 6 days. We did not experience any undue delays or waits as the path/river essentially requires you to stay moving and the guides for each group worked well together.
We opted to take the zipline (Superman style) rather than hike the first distance to the river. What a cool experience as it allows four persons to go with two persons side-by-side on two lines...so you can zip line drag race your family or friends.
In all, it was a great experience and a highlight of our 12 day trip to the Philippines.
