We were greeted by the manager and several other staff members, who carried our luggage, showed us the ski room and made the check-in very smooth.
The staff were in general very friendly and helpful, always nearby both at breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet was very good and perfect for skiers. The dinner was very good, although a bit too much food to be honest.
The spa area and the pool were nice after skiing, only missed a hot tub.
Only drawback - the rooms are very small. Very small. We had a family room and the main room basically only fitted a queen size bed (quite hard) and a couple of chairs. A bit difficult to hang out for a family of four. The loft with two beds was ok but very low ceiling. Luckily, the bar area in the lobby was cosy to hang out in.
It's ok to have breakfast by the pool, but I would not want to have dinner there. We were seated in the main restaurant every night.
The location is excellent, walking distance to both cabin lifts.

Probably the finest located hotel at Morzine!
This is a 4 star property with good service, however the rooms are very basic and old. The bathroom was neat and clean and well kept - no amenity except a bar of soap! For a 4 star they could have kept some lotion especially for a ski resort with dry climate. The rooms seem very aged, although the bed linen was fresh and new.
The corridor did not have any light and one would need to have a flashlight to find the room.
No in room kettle for coffee/tea.
The breakfast was very good - many choices of teas, coffees, bakery, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt etc. Comparable to the a mid-level luxury hotel.
The staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice.

Room Tip: I guess rooms facing the main square would be better

Back to Les Airelles for the 15th time for a long weekend on the slopes. As always, very friendly and helpful staff, great food, rooms a little quirky but this year the benefit of super snow for the 5 minute walk to the lifts.

This family run hotel right in the centre of Morzine is in a superb location. Management and staff are extremely friendly, as well as very professional. Food is excellent.
Rooms are very clean & functional ... if a little tired.
The spa/gym area is good and the large pool is great for stretching out after skiing.
On holiday with another couple, my wife and I had a lovely time during our 1 week stay. It isn’t cheap but we did think it was ok value.
The management and staff are GREAT
