All is there and available but it is under renovation
At the parking entrance it was not clear if the hotel was open or not
But i had a great service and my room was a regular novotel room perhaps an older style bathroom
This one is also held by grape hospitality
Breakfast took place in a large room which was a meeting room due to the undergoing renovation
I did spend a good night though

Stayed on business. Hotel is a complete mess with many people wandering around trying to find rooms and the restaurant. Taxis don’t know were to drop you off.

It’s currently under refurbishment and in my view should be closed until completed. If you want to go for breakfast then it’s a long walk outside around the building works or a ride in a golf cart. Despite all this they are still charging full rate.
MY ADVICE IS AVOID UNTIIL REFURBISHMENT IS COMPLETE.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us after your stay at Novotel Lyon Bron Eurexpo.

Our hotel is in effect from November 13th until April 30th, 2018. During this period, the entire hotel, restaurant and seminar rooms will be redone. You know, maybe, or not, our hotel for a few years, the renovations became to our eyes.

We have tried to better communicate on this important period for the future of our establishment, by indicating this information at the reception of the hotel, on the confirmations of reservation and on the site Novotel.com.

The heart of the establishment is currently under construction, the reception at the possession of our old fitness room to be closer to our guests, the restaurant service to him is laid out.
Your teams are at your disposal to accompany you when you travel between the reception and the restaurant via our golf cart, bike or scooter.

We have tried to put in place measures, to organize different services in order to maintain a service and a quality of service. I'm sorry that this one, but please accept my apologies.

Hotel is under renovation right now, so not a good time to rate, however, lifts weren't working, had to be let in by staff (no keycards working), entrance area a mess, room smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking floor. Seriously disappointed with this Novotel/Accor hotel, which are usually very clean and as expected. C'est dommage. Warn travelers when booking on your website until renovations are complete.

Je tiens à apporter une précision quant au prix payé qui ne tient pas compte des travaux. Sachez que nos tarifs, pendant la période des travaux, sont de 20 à 30 % moins chers que nos tarifs habituels.

We stayed in this hotel on the way to and from our holiday. It is quite nice. The only thing that let it down was our expirience of restaurant. We were waiting for 2 hours for a free table for a dinner. And then, after we were seated we waited for 20mins for someone to take our order for drinks. No member of staff came to us, so we got up and gone to a local Mcdonalds, as it was after 9pm and we were very hungry and tired.
Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay.
