We stayed in this hotel last January for 5 days it was 7 of us and we did get the Villa/ apartment in the middle with 2 bedrooms. Check in was fast and esy and the staff were so helpful. We ask for 3 motorbikes to rent and we did get that straight away. The villa has kitchen so we are able to cook at times and save some money. because Siargao can be very expensive. Location is good it's in the main tourist area. Staff also help us finding boat for day tour/ island hopping. On the day of our departure back to Manila our fljtwas cancelled due to typhoon so we went back to the hotel and managed to get our apartment back with discounted rates. We had fun staying in this resort and will probably stay there again if and when we come back to Siargao.

My daughter and I booked the beach front studio. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and amiable. The assistant Manager, Eman, is very accommodating. I booked a no breakfast room but I was jnformed that we have breakfast..wow, an upgrade! However, they apologized because their restaurant is under renovation. Unfortunately , our room , which was spacious for 2 people is directly above the restaurant, and there were workers deconstructing the roof.. wrong timing .. anyway we were going to other beaches the whole day so it didn’t matter. Unfortunately when I woke up early morning the next day.. at 6 am , there was already a worker in the roof in front of my balcony starting his work already. I asked why so early working... he said he wanted to beat the heat of the noon day sun... there goes my morning meditation in-front of the gorgeous sun rise.
The bathroom wasn’t flushing on the first and 2nd morning . But when we called, they sent a maintenance personnel to fix it each time.
We were told that room will be made up every 2 days , but they over delivered .. probably to make up for the toilet issue. Our room was cleaned and they left fresh towels everyday.
The breakfast food was excellent! The servers were very accommodating!
The guard was also very polite and was at his post even when we came home after dinner.
All in all, had it not been for the deconstruction going on and the toilet issue, I would have given them 4 stars.
I might rebook again because the place is midway between cloud nine and the many wonderful restaurants .

I won't recommend this place. The place proposes as 4 stars hotel and price is hight, it was more than 100 usd. I was expecting better service. We changed a room twice because of the bad smell coming from sewer, but it doesn't help that's problem of whole building and bad smell stays in every room.
If you want that your room would be make up you have to ask it all the time, in other case it won't be clean. But even after they clean room the staff always forgot to put something either shampoo or towels or close the door while our clothes and some expensive tehnica
We ate breakfast only one time during whole our stay. There are not a lot of choices of European breakfast. I ordered English breakfast and it was terrible I couldn't eat, scrambled eggs and hashbrown were not cooked and super oily, later I had a problem with my stomach coz of the oil.
I think you can find a better place to stay for this price.
