As expected travelling to Aurora is really tiring, long hours of land travel kills me but in a good way. But the moment we got there plus seeing the Pacific Ocean makes the journey ~worthy.

The staff welcomed us and helped us immediately with our bags to get to our rooms. The room was clean and the beds are big enough to be shared by guests. Also the AC are in good condition to ease the humidity and exhaustion you encountered for the activities of the day.

We have requested to be accompanied to the nearby market to buy our food. Take Note: Do this if you can cook your own food; for they allow guests to use their kitchen. As we all know this is more practical as you can cook the quantity of food that you want for the entire trip plus you'll save a lot of money rather than eating in a nearby restaurant.

Their services are pretty much the "basics", you have what you need. Not extravagant hotel-like room vibe but perfect for individuals contented with simple set up.

Overall we had a great time in Baler, the people there were all accommodating. You will definitely go back if you are an avid surf addict.

Good job team I know you guys can improve more.

We stayed here for 2Days and 1Night. They were kind enough to accommodate us last-minute, and offered us a good deal (we were a group of ten). The staff were very friendly and their receptionists (Micco and Belle) are polite and filled us in with everything we needed to know.

They are one of the few resorts without a swimming pool, which is fine - the beach is all yours. Overall, the place is clean and well-maintained. There is one building still under construction, possibly they are expanding.

The rooms are just right; they've got your standard toiletries and hotel towels available. The shower has a heater but there was a sign saying you're not allowed to plug them in to prevent power interruption. The AC installed in our room is placed a little low, though, and is directly beside one of the beds. Other than that we slept well.

Our reservation came with free breakfast for 10 pax. It's important to order your food ahead of time since they make it from scratch and make sure it's delivered to you hot. All breakfast meals come with either hot choco (Milo) or coffee (usually it's the Kopiko brand).

For those concerned, they do have 4 dogs but they are all very friendly and would even walk with you around the beach. They're quite harmless and would usually just ask for treats.

We would definitely come back and book again with Pedervera.

Room tip: For breakfast, order your meals the night before and let them know what time you want them delivered to your table.

My family and I stayed there 11 days. The manager Jun is wonderful and so is the staff. The view is awesome and it is not far for surfing Charlies Point. The resort is very nice and well maintained. Everything was great until my family and I got sick with dysentery from drinking the bottled water that the resort bought from the local bottled water store. I saw the store and it is very unsanitary. I was hit by it the worst and suffered for 4 weeks. It ruined our vacation and my surfing. I spoke to Jun about it and he replied that no Filipino has ever gotten sick from the water. I explained to him that people from other countries that have strict law's concerning food and water like the U.S., Australia and Europe will get sick from water that has not been purified correctly. I told him how to purify water by boiling it for 5 minutes to kill parasites and bacteria. He told me right away that he was going to buy everything needed to purify water there for people from other countries. He was very apologetic and I don't blame him. Know he knows that the bottled water in Baler is unsanitary and how to purify water correctly. I would go there again for sure but I would make sure that they are purifying there own water correctly. DON'T trust the bottled water in Baler! The food is fresh and all Filipino food which was very good. I wish them well because they are really wonderful people there.

Room tip: They are all good.

The resort has basic rooms, very friendly staff and good food. It may be far from the main areas of food and entertainment in Sabang beach but it gives you the feeling of how simple and peaceful the area was before. Getting there can be a challenge if bringing a car since there is no road, only soft beach sand.

Its our 2nd time at Baler, our 1st was at Sabang, kinda crowded and fully booked that lead us to Pedervera Beach Resort. The resort is clean, cheap, spacious, that's what important. They are very accommodating. We arrived late at night 10pm. Their manager Jon made an effort to meet us bec we had a hard time looking for their resort. And they even cooked dinner for us (short order only like tapsilog etc) still an effort. And while we are on our day tour, Belle (Jon's wife) texted us what we want for dinner. As soon as we arrived, dinner is ready as per our request. Food was great esp .Pako salad and ginataang pako was superb. The entire staff is responsive with our needs.
Special thanks to Amads for preparing the ice cream and cake we bought for my father in law, its his bday . Actually my father in law was kinda curious of the high end resorts in Sabang like Costa Pacifica but when he saw it was too crowded, no privacy he was thankful that we chose this resort. I suggest you work on the dogs walking around the place and hot & cold shower, its more on electrical issues but over all it was a great place to stay. We will recommend it to our relatives and friends.Keep up the good work!!!

The rooms not spectacular but it serves the purpose. The resort is undergoing construction but doesn't affect us that much because we spent most of our days at Sabang Beach anyway. Buhangin Beach is dangerous for surfing as far as locals are concerned. You don't see a lot of people wandering in this area. Which is okay since that means the location is silent and serene most of the time. However, if you have loud neighbors, consider that nullified. We did have loud neighbors.

The room is huge, shower doesn't have hot water though as the power ain't enough. It was very cold when we traveled there so be prepared for this. You might want to ask for boiling water instead and use a pail to take a bath.

You can walk directly from here to Sabang Beach (about 1 kilometer), but if you prefer to bring your vehicle, you'll have to go around for 3-4 kilometers.
Food is okay, and they serve a lot. If you have tried Paco Salad elsewhere, say Pampanga, be surprised that it has a different dressing from what they offer here. I prefer the Kapampangan version, no offense.

The resort is far from stores, too, so be sure to buy anything you need before going back from your activities.

Room tip: Choose the room where the adjacent room is not occupied. :D
