My apologies for any inconvenience once again; I have reminded the team to be mindful of hotel guests when packing down from functions - we had multiple weddings this past weekend. Our intention is always to deliver on our guests' expectations and I am truly sorry you were woken up by the team. Our reception is open 24/7, please call the night manager to address any noise issues in the future. Esplanade is a lovely hotel however with 300 rooms, a large atrium and big conferencing facilities can be very noisy and less personal than our boutique hotel.
