We returned to this hotel 10 months after our last trip travelling from the UK. The views from the top floor over the beautiful Swan river are stunning and the location superb. Offering full laundry service, car parking and a swimming pool and a fabulous roof terrace this hotel has it right! Room service is available for in room dining although the restaurant and outside terrace and bar are extremely comfortable. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Staying four weeks this trip, the staff became our friends. Well done all. We will be back!

Reasonably accessible room, albeit for normal-sized power and manual wheelchairs. Noisy when a function is on (we had a wedding). My big van was too high for car park, so reception allowed me to park outside main motel entry door. Many items beyond reach e.g. aircon control, etc.
Room tip: Room ideal, but somewhat expensive. Restaurant serves good food and is very accessible. Not much else nearby.

My husband and I are staying at the Tradewinds for 2 nights on the way back from a Singapore holiday and we couldn’t be more impressed. The staff are friendly and the burgers we had in the restaurant are the best we’ve ever eaten! Big shout out to Alvin and Grace in the bistro and Mark who checked us in a 1.30am yesterday. I can highly recommend the Tradewinds to anyone visiting Fremantle.
Room tip: It’s little out of the heart of Fremantle but only a 20 min walk, $9 Uber or bus ride away.

From the start: reception friendly warm and offered upgrade, early checkin, drinks voucher! Felt so well looked after. Room service for dinner on wet blustery night in a splendid apartment. Good walks around streets nearby when weather cleared up. Great breakfast. Really, it was a pretty hotel with river views and I wish we’d stayed longer.
Room tip: Go for the free parking.
