In this region of Switzerland, horse meat is very common, so it is no wonder that it is on the menu almost everywhere.
Raw horse meat though is an acquired taste, especially in this restaurant, where you may select between a cornucopia of differently prepared "Tartares".
As I am not a fan of horse meat myself, I opted for the beef variety and it was WONDERFUL!
The seasoning was perfect, the minced meat was great and the gadget-y feature of a toaster oven on every single table was cool, so you could always make a fresh sloice of toast when you needed one.
Recommended for lovers of raw meat!
