Great little hotel n superb position, near beach restaurants and short walk to the shops. Room size small but makes up for it in service and price

Fabulous outside space overlooking the harbour where you can watch the sun go down whilst having a drink

Great staff made it a perfect stay

Good location for all restaurants and bars without worrying about driving. Lovely rooms, we had separate but adjoining rooms which was great for a family. However, There was no wifi and as we had some work to do we had been relying on the fact there would be wifi there. When alerted to this the reception staff told us to stand outside the hotel entrance to get wifi signal 'I am giving you a solution to your problem'. Having paid 340.00 euro for one night I don't think this is acceptable they asked us what we wanted them to do about it! We said reset it ?! Parking is an extra 12 euro a day and we felt it should be included not an extra. Wouldn't return sadly.

We stayed here for a week at the end of July beginning of August, it was a last minute booking (the day before) via Booking.com and we had no problem with the room, we were given the one we requested and paid the advertised rate.
Although we were too late to book the reserved parking bays we had no problem as you can park for free in the nearby port car park 5 minutes walk away.
We had a room on the third floor overlooking the marina which was lovely. Although there is a nightclub opposite our room had double doors opening out onto the balcony so we never heard any noise.
The hotel is situated at one end of the resort with perfect access into the town for restaurants, beaches and shops. We didn't bother having breakfast in the hotel as we liked wandering out eating in one of the many bars. If you want to you can walk to the nearby resort of St Clair via the cliff walkway starting by the port car park. Overall a great hotel in a lovely location we would definitely return.

As I write this review I'm enjoying my allmost final day in this great hotel. We have a superior room on the 3rd floor with a great view over the harbor and the Lavandou beach. The nice decorated room is clean, big enough for the two of us. Shower is great. Personel is very friendly and helpfull. Private parking is well organized. The continental breakfast is ok. There is indeed a nightclub at the other site of the road, but what do you expect from a tourist place like Le Lavandou? On the balcony you hear the music, but if you close the double doors, both with double glass, you hear absolutely nothing! WiFi is ok, fast and allways working. WiFi is one device at the time, so when my wife connecte her cellphone, she disconnects my laptop. The airco is working fine, but a bit noisy. But what do you expect when you want to cool to 25 degrees when it is over 34 outside.

Room tip: 3rd floor has the best view. Elevator goes no higher than second floor.

This is a great hotel with newly redecorated rooms and superb service. But the best suites with a view is fronting a really irritating night club. It is simply impossible to sleep before 02:00. So bring plugs to your ears!!

So we won't come back before the disco is gone!
