Prepare to eat well. A quaint french restaurant, not too big so make reservations for week-end as it tends to fill up. A particularity of this restaurant is that you can reserve 1 of 2 tables for small groups in their basement cave! If not, you can venture into their cellar to chose the win you'd like with dinner... Wine prices are reasonable and they have a modes selection to chose from. As for their food, very typical and well prepared. We both had the oeuf meurette and Cote d'agneau: both well prepared and generous portions. Great service from the staff and would recommend the restaurant for biz dinners, small groups in their basement cave but no for families...

If you’re in or near Neuilly, consider this homey choice. The bread, avocado salad, and chocolate mousse were all superb. We enjoyed the Alsatian omelette and the leg of lam, and the service made us feel right at home. A great choice.

Welcoming is great. The treasure is in the basement ... great place for bottles of wine where you go to choose what you want !
And you need more privacy for business diner , just enjoy one of the 2 group tables surrounded by the bottles !
You need help to choose your wine and meal ... just let you drive by Pascal and Patricia !

The OH and I were wandering back to the metro and passed Papinou- we were starving so decided to stop for dinner.
What a pleasant surprise! Very good food- simple French bistro fare, great service, convivial atmosphere and an excellent glass of Sainte Chinon. I had the pavé which was succulent and perfectly cooked, OH had the confit, which just melted off the bones and was bloomin delicious. We shared the pain Perdu for dessert.
All in all, a lovely find, we will definitely be back to to cave to pick our wine!
