We ate here three times during our two week stay, had the a la carte the first and third time, and had the set menu on our second visit. Each time the restaurant was booked for 8.30 pm. Service can be slow, as it was always busy, but the waiters were always friendly. Anyway we are never in a hurry - after all we are on holiday and prefer not to be rushed. Each evening we had a very enjoyable meal with freshly cooked vegetables. There are four choices of potatoes and I can recommend the potatoes dauphinoise which were really creamy and delicious. Accompanied with excellent Corscian Rose wine. On our last evening, we were kindly treated to a limoncello by the owner served on ice. The separate bar area was very attractive and looks like it may have been refurbished. The single toilet appeared to be newly tiled and was very clean.
